The Most Modern Fleet in The World
MSC Cruises has increased the size of its fleet dramatically each year as a result of an ambitious development program launched in 2003. The current fleet of nine ships – MSC Fantasia (introduced in December 2008), MSC Poesia, MSC Orchestra, MSC Musica, MSC Sinfonia, MSC Armonia, MSC Opera, MSC Lirica, and MSC Melody – will increase to 11 ships by 2010 with the delivery of MSC Splendida (summer 2009) and MSC Magnifica (late 2009/early 2010). This expansive growth of its fleet makes it the fastest-growing and most modern fleet in the world.
